Thermosticks is committed to making our website accessible to all visitors, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the W3C.

What we've done

• Designed the site with sufficient color contrast between text and background
• Used semantic HTML so screen readers can navigate the content correctly
• Provided alt text for product and project images
• Ensured the site is keyboard-navigable without requiring a mouse
• Used readable font sizes and line heights across the site
• Avoided content that flashes, strobes, or relies solely on color to convey meaning

Ongoing work

Accessibility is a continuous effort, not a one-time project. We test the site periodically with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation, and update content and code as we find issues.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our site, please let us know. Email sales@stickssupply.com with a short description of the issue and the page you were on, and we'll respond within five business days and work to fix it.
